In the fall of 2015, after years of communications, a major international airport in Western Canada has enlisted the “Prime Contracting” expertise of ATS.
Deploying the wireless network installation project included new access points to 300 cable locations utilizing the Belden brand of copper and fibre optic cabling. To manage the prime contracting responsibilities, ATS built a strategic alliance with the specialist, BellPhillips Safety Group – Managing Construction Safety. Many major Canadian airports encounter unique challenges which may include safety compliance, site access, traffic control and timing, security, various quality assurance protocols and processes which companies are required to adopt and communicate to their respective teams.
The ongoing project continues to be on-schedule and on-budget.
