Responding to a bid, and highlighting the AGC – Axis Group of Companies (ATS – Axis Technical Services and ASG – Axis Systems Group) depth of experience in real-time surveillance and security, AGC – as part of the Mott Electric team – was selected by Translink to provide increased security enhancements.

The existing equipment of the Commercial-Broadway transportation hub will be upgraded with a technology-forward security system and infrastructure cabling to improve the image quality, functionality and accessibility for the Translink team and, in-turn, heighten customer safety.
The State-of-the-Art systems include Bosch CCTV Cameras, IndigoVision Software and Network Video Recorders (NVR) for data storage and faster real-time monitoring.

According to Translink.ca; Phase 2 upgrades will allow for increased capacity, and provide additional opportunities to make improvements to customer safety inside the station.
