The Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics was a spectacular time for us at AxisTech to showcase our unlimited potential to a global audience. As one of the smallest contractors with the most venues; we worked tirelessly on the integrated communication systems of 13 amazing Olympic sites. Our team provided 24/7 support with 100% accountability for Team Canada’s flawless performances.
Technically, we completed over 10,000 fibre and copper terminations and had a fabulous time witnessing all the events. Our president Joana Barbulescu and her team attended many figure skating events, while Bob’s group saw multiple hockey games. In preparation for the Paralympics, we continued to maintain site and customize all communications systems for the athletes’ requirements.
Joana even met Jacques Rogge, it was a moment in a lifetime… And Yes, I Believe Together We’ll Fly… I Believe in the Power of You and I.
